No, we do not provide services to end-users. We work directly with shop owners, retail chains, veterinary clinics, store chains, breeding kennels, animal charities and the like. You can purchase our products from them.

Should you not get help from the store you can turn to us, with the following details: - Invoice - The product in its original packaging - A photo of the product in its original packaging - A photo of the batch no and use-by date 3. Please send these details and documents along with a description of the problem / query, your contact details (full name and number), to the following e-mail: service@milatin-group.co.il. * An e-mail that doesn't contain all of the above information, will not receive service. * Food related issues will not be addressed if the food has been taken out of its original packaging and placed in a container.
